Cancer and Recovery

In middle English the definition of disease is lack of ease. I found words that would be opposite of ease, such as disturbance, hardship, and difficult.

I survived Cancer, and began to wonder what might have been the underlying causes, genetics, environment, age, stress, diet or something I completely missed.

When I think about it I can't help but feel that living in a stressful environment, or living in constant stress can be a significant contributing factor. If we are living at peace with ourselves in a serene and tranquil environment it would put us at ease and more than likely live a healthier life.

Of course there are all the other factors to consider, but limiting stress and living at peace is a good starting point to beating Cancer or any disease.
